Windows 10: Computer shutsdown randomly

My computer started to shutdown randomly again. Then it keeps on restarting and shutting down - like a loop. I have changed PSU as well thinking it might help but it didn't.

Can anyone help as it's quite annoying that my PC randomly shutsdown and then it goes in loop and I can't use it. I have to unplug the power and wait for sometime before I can use it.

Need help to resolve this, it's so annoying...

also you can see cpu temperature fluctuating (speccy) At this moment its sitting at 22

Well, it's not clear from that video what is going on. Fan speed is supposed to change with temperature. CPU fan with CPU temps and CHA_Fan with temps inside the case.
I would use HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID as it shows low, average and maximum temperatures and also CPU load at same time.
Load goes up, temperatures raise and with that fans turn faster. That would confirm or eliminate SW problems.
You were right to suspect PSU because if power is not stable, operation would be unstable too.

Well, did you do those tests ? You have to find the reason first and that could be done hands on. That video shows nothing to go on. It's either temperature or power, in some cases even a critical fan like on CPU cooler may make trouble like that if BIOS is set to detect if it's stopped.

yes i have done those tests. I even took my motherboard out of case to check. right now it sits on static plastic with nothing connected except cpu cooler, but it stills keep on going on/off loop. As it's new cpu cooler (corsair h55) i doubt it's thermal paste but i still wiped all of it and reapplied but same issue. Could it be motherboard has died?

 

I just remove everything from case. kept it seperate for 15 minutes than essemble everything back again. But no use, I can't use my desktop, whenever I push the power button, its just spins the fan and goes off, than comes back ON again. Doing this as endless loop.

 

I have seen few cases when Start button or Reset button were stuck in on position and computer did just that.

 

Like I said earlier, I took motherboard out and test and it was acting same. So your theory of case buttons is not an option.

 

Mothboard was faulty. Got it changed and all good now.
