Windows 10: Computer slows down at 8 O'clock every day

Every day at 8 O'clock sharp, my computer will slow down to a crawl for 5-10 minutes. I usually notice because I can no longer hear my friends in discord during that time. Opening programs is nearly impossible and most things will stop responding. For some strange reason, if I am playing a game in true fullscreen it will be unaffected, but if it is in something like borderless windowed it will chug and stop responding. During this time, nothing shows up in task manager and all of my specs ram, cpu, etc are all at completely normal levels. I've scanned my entire PC with two different antivirus software one of which being Malwarebytes premium, and they have found nothing and the problem persists. At this point I'm deliberating factory resetting my computer, but I really don't want to do that except for a last resort. I'm willing to try anything in order to fix this problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Clock Running Slow ~ System Tray Clock running slow !

Hi <

In the last two days the System Tray Clock on my Dell PC has been running slow , it seems to be running progressively slow , that is the longer it is running the greater the inaccuracy , resetting the clock manually or automatically does just that , but
it soon becomes apparent the speed of the clock is not accurate. As a guide in the last ten minutes the PC Clock has advanced three minutes.

The PC is running Windows 10 .

Just checked ...when I send an email it is correctly timed (that is NOT using the time displayed on system tray clock)

Any help correcting this would be welcome!
