Windows 10: Computer slows down during the day.

I turn off my computer every day. In the morning, when I turn it back "ON", I use "internet option" app to clean my computer, I use computer "properties" to clean up my drive, and I use CCleaner as an additional tool to finish cleaning up my computer. I verify all of my browser's history folders to make sure they are empty. I start using my computer and it is usually fast enough during the day but then I stop using the computer for a while and go watch some TV. When I get back to my computer to shut it down for the night or before doing some final checks, my computer has become very slow, why
