Windows 10: Computer stuttering and blue screening DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE on restart

I've been having issues with my computer 'stuttering' - the cursor moves with a stutter and the computer slows down overall. If I restart the computer while it's in this state, it eventually blue screens during the restart process and when I do finally get the computer restarted, the problem is usually fixed until the next time I turn the computer off and on again. As of today, restarting no longer seems to fix the issue.


The blue screen message is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.


I've looked at MEMORY.DMP in WinDbg to see if there was anything obvious, but I don't have enough experience to actually make much sense of things. I do see the following summary info:

And the faulting module appears to be a PCI driver, but I've tried updating drivers without any luck.

I'm sure you need debugging files in order to assist, but I wasn't sure which files you needed and how to get them to you. I'm happy to provide anything you need, just let me know.

driver_power_state_failure during restarting


Hi,
I have problem with BSOD. Blue death come during restarting. Computer I must reinstall, because Windows 10 will not load. Will not load neither Safe Mode. driver_power_state_failure this is problem.
