  1. Computer Turned off and the fans went on Max

I started up a game and when loading into it, my screen went black and then my GPU fan went crazy, nothing happened after that, the fan just stayed at 100%. So I restarted it and nothing happened, clicked on the game again and the same thing occurred. I've checked my Window Report and it states some sort of Hardware Error. I don't know what's going on?

  2. computer fan

    • Carefully blow out the dust from all the vents on the sides and underneath.
    • Only use laptops on hard surfaces without any coverings on that surface.
    • If it is a rattle / clicking type noise then it will need a Technician to replace the fan and completely clean out any dust / hair or other debris that may be trapped within the laptops casings and fan assembly.

W10 CPU fan not boosting to max speed

    Hi Pablo,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

We would suggest you to update the following items and check the cpu fan speed and performance.

Check if there is a program to control the fan speed, may be the controller program is not compatible with Windows 10. Also check for the below list and please update it:

    • BIOS.
    • Chipset drivers.

If you don't find the drivers compatible for Windows 10. refer to the motherboard manufacturer website and check for updated chipset drivers and install it.
