    Computer/Windows freezes same time every day - I can't see what causes it


    Every day around 12:45 EST my computer freezes while I'm playing a game Rocket League, if it matters, a Steam game. It freezes mid-session, and I can't do anything - can't toggle to another program, can't pull up Task Manager.


    I go into the event logs and I don't see anything that caused the freeze. I go into the scheduled events and don't see anything scheduled for that time. I've run virus scans, nothing found. I've run registry scans, nothing found.


    PLEASE help. What logs do I need to post here so someone can look at them and fix my freeze issue? I'm not an expert with this stuff, but I know how to follow directions.


    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Windows Freezing Multiple Times Per Day

    Since a Windows update in October 2019, my computer freezes multiple times per day. And by freeze, I mean screen goes static and nothing responds. The only solution is to hold down the power button.

    I've followed the steps in
    Performance and Install Integrity Checklist     to no avail.

    I have not yet resinstalled Windows fresh because I don't want to do that until I know Windows is the culprit.

    Is there any way I can check what is causing the freezing?

    The Reliability Monitor only displays "Windows was not properly shut down."
