Windows 10: Computer/Windows reset problems

I have a laptop that had viruses. I got rid of the viruses but the computer was still not performing correctly. I decided to do a complete reinstallation of Windows and put the computer back to factory specs. I reinstalled Windows but now the computer is stuck in a loop. The screen to choose country, language, keyboard, time zone comes up and I make selections. Then the customization screens come up. After I make my choices there the computer reboots right back to the screen to choose country, etc. How do I get it out of this loop?

Computer reset major problem

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and perform a repair.

Step 1: Download Windows 10 from the below link and create media

Step 2: After creating the tool perform a Startup Repair.

I would like to inform that, if your Windows 10 is not able to boot or startup, Automatic Repair will come into action and try to diagnose and fix the issue. It will scan system files, registry settings, configuration settings
and more and try to fix the problem on its own, automatically. Perform the Startup Repair:

1. When your computer starts, wait for the manufacturer logo to check the option for boot menu, it will usually
be F12.

2. The boot menu key might differ with each manufacturer. If you are unable to find the boot menu key, you may
refer the user manual.

3. Restart the computer, when the manufacturer's logo is displayed,
keep pressing the Boot menu option key to enter the boot menu and change the boot option to CD\DVD ROM.

4. After you boot your computer using Windows 10 DVD, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any
key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.

5. Select the correct time and Keyboard type.

6. Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner

7. Click on Troubleshooting, advanced option and then click Startup
repair.

Hi all, I have an Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe motherboard with AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Black edition processor, 4mb Kingston ram, Vantec ION2+ 600w powersupply, the problem:
Sometimes when I power-up the computer just hangs, all lights up but just sits there with HDD light on, if I hit the reset button the computer will then start ok but get the message "Your computer did not start properly press F1 to enter the bios", once I pass this and get into windows I find that I have index errors and have to schedule a chkdsk on the next start.*Bang Head :banghead:
When the computer is off and I hold the reset button down, press power button momentarily wait a second or so then release the reset button the computer starts properly, have been doing this for several months now without a hitch, the only problem is that every now and then a game might reset the computer and end up with restarts and HDD index errors, not sure what to do here, I think that maybe the power supply has a bad reset circuit, or possibly the motherboard!*Confused
