The pc itself will turn on fine, and the monitor turns on and everything. But once it gets to running windows, the screen turns black and the cursor gets a blue wheel.

    For some backstory:

A couple days ago I deleted something from my computer, and it asked me if I wanted to remove it from OneDrive as well, to which I said yes, because I just didn't want it anymore. Then yesterday, I got a notification from OneDrive saying I had 2 problems I needed to solve. So I looked into it and it asked me again if I wanted to remove it, which I thought was odd since I already accepted a while ago and it should have deleted by now, but I accepted again anyways. Then today, a notifications popped up with a red X saying I needed to reboot to solve problems, but the notification went away too fast for me to click on it. Thinking it was just OneDrive again, I just rebooted manually by pressing the reboot button on my pc. It turned off fine, and then when it booted up again, just the black screen from above.

I haven't downloaded anything since the last time I fully shut off the pc (which was just yesterday) and I haven't been to any websites other than Google Docs and my school's homework submission site. I don't think it was a virus, but I'm not super well versed on this issue.

There were no error codes on the pc itself, and windows won't boot up and tell me what's wrong

It's been about 2 hours, and i've tried rebooting multiple times

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.
