Windows 10: Computer wont execute any programs

So one night i get off of my laptop and shut it down like normal and i try to get on it the next day and it starts up fine but when i tried to open anything my computer freezes then i have to force shut down. the task bar on the bottom of my screen wont pop up most of the time ive even started it in safe mode and ran an anti virus program to see if it caught anything but it got nothing. I havent found any articles oniline that helped and my laptop is only about 3 years old so i know it shouldn't be the processor. Anyone know anything?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

• Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
• Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.

[W10] Delete executed programs list from registry.

Hi!

I would like to delete the list of programs my PC has executed. Not the start menu recent program list, but the complete one. I'm using a program called "Executed programs list", from Nirsoft, that tells me which programs have been executed and when, but doesn't
allow me to delete the registry entry associated. CCleaner hasn't been completely helpful (only deleted half of the list). The program searches data from the following registry keys:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Persisted
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Store
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache

I've also deleted those keys manually, except the ShellNoRoam one, because apparently doesn't exist in my registry, to no avail. What am I missing? Is the ShellNoRoam key elsewhere? Is there any program I can use to completely wipe this information?
