Windows 10: Computer wont let headphones connect via bluetooth

So I have been using my sony hear on 2 headphones connected to my laptop, but one day the sound decided to only come out from one side. I dont know why this happened, I didnt do anything to hurt my headphone wire or the headphone jack. I made sure it was a computer problem by testing out different headphones on my computer and making sure they worked on other devices. I messed with some audio settings on my computer and got sound to come out from both headphones for about 5 seconds until it went back to only one side. So then I decide to connect my headphones to my laptop via bluetooth. After finally being able to find my headphones, when I try to click on its icon, windows immediate says "cant connect right now. try again. " Ive restarted my computer and unpaired it with my other devices but it still wont work. Any ideas on why this might be happening? Please dont send me on a rabbit hole of uninstalling and installing random things on my computer.

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank
