Windows 10: Computer working weird after waking up from sleep mode

Hello,

From a few months ago I faced a problem, which is the following:


I have two accounts in Windows 10 that I use almost every day. When my PC wakes up from sleep mode in the Administrator account, it's fine, and everything works... Butafter waking up from sleep mode and then I log into my standard Guest account, or just wake up from sleep mode in the Guest account, it'sa bit weird...


First, I can't open anything. Absolutely nothing. I'm on the Desktop, I see the wallpaper and the cursor. I tried to click on Chrome and some apps, but no response. Or even if Chrome opens, the tabs don't load.Task manager doesn't opens too. So, I should log out, but:


Second, most of the cases the Start menu don't opens at all or rarely when I can click on it and then I log out, I seejust a black screen with my cursor, but I can't see the login screen. Then I should restart the whole computer, so I have no choice, I lost all opened docs and websites in both account.


This issue exists only in the Guest account, the Administrator account works really fine, but I use the Guest account so often, so it's annoying for me...


Is there a serious issue behind of this?

No internet when computer wakes from sleep mode

No Internet when computer wakes from sleep mode or from cold start until I disable the Local area connection and then enable it.

When I run the diagnostic after it fixes the connection it says this: Local Area connection doesn't have a valid IP configuration - Fixed

But its not fixed. Every time I wake my computer up from sleep mode after its been in sleep mode for a few hours I have to disable and then enable the Local area connection.

When the computer wakes up it has a yellow triangle warning of limited or no internet access. So I have to do the above every time I wake it up.

Things I've done so far: Update drivers, No fix.
