Windows 10: Computers Not Communiating

I have two desktops and one laptop on my network. I am using an inner-office communication program called Softros to keep from having to write notes to my boss. Over the last few months, I cannot send messages to him through the system. It says he is always "offline." However, he can send messages over the system to my computer and laptop. There is also an issue with my Microsoft Office Outlook in that I am unable to open hyperlinks and my Google Chrome won't update. This has all happened within the last few months. Any suggestions as to what may have happened?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
