Windows 10: Configure the 'Block at First Sight' feature?

Discus and support Configure the 'Block at First Sight' feature? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Windows Defender has this feature called Block at First Sight.     Configure the 'Block at First Sight' feature?


    Windows Defender has this feature called Block at First Sight.
    Does this need to be set in Group Policy or could it be set in the Windows Defender Security GUI app?
    If so, please explain the steps.

    I know I have the Cloud protection enabled in the Defender app, but I don't see Block at First Sight setting.

    BUG IN CALL BLOCKING FEATURE

    WHEN WE ARE ADDING THE PHONE NO. TO CALL BLOCK LIST. WE ARE ABLE TO BLOCK THE PARTICULAR CALLER. BUT THERE IS A BUG THAT EVEN WHEN ARE TURNING OFF THE CALL BLOCK FEATURE IT IS BLOCKING THAT CALLER TO CALL US. THE PHONE SHOULD ALLOW TO CALL US WHEN THE
    FEATURE IS TURNED OFF AND EVEN THOUGH THE CALLER IS IN CALL BLOCK LIST. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE CUMBERSOME TO ADD THE CALLER NOW AND THEN AND REMOVE IT....
