Windows 10: Confused and lost

Hello, my computer does not allow my keyboard or mouse to work on the "Welcome" screen of a fresh install of Windows 10, and booting to safe mode does not allow either to work. I've checked the BIOS settings, everything should be working. I've tried to run windows 10 auto repair.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Regarding your issue with contact list that is lost in Windows live mail, we suggest to check this thread:

Contacts list disappeared from Windows Live Mail. Look for MikeSTL and ¡Firedog answers. It contains troubleshooting steps pertaining to the issue.

Lost Bluetooth when uploading Windows 10

My Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 went pretty well except that I seem to have lost Bluetooth, its not listed in my Device Manager. My laptop is a Lenovo T420. Tried to find a driver to load on Lenovo site but the site was confusing (to a rookie like
me).

Any suggestions?
