Windows 10: Confusing activation error 0xC004F211.

So, I recently performed a significant upgrade on my PC new motherboard, CPU, PSU and RAM, and whilst I made sure that Windows was activated on the original motherboard by going into the activation settings. It said exactly this: "Windows is activated with a digital license associated to your Microsoft account." Going to look at it's status, after my motherboard changed, it automatically showed the famous watermark and obnoxious alerts. I went to settings to run the activation troubleshooter, and it was useless. I told it that I recently changed the hardware, but it showed no devices to transfer or duplicate the license to.


I did not have to reinstall Windows, as the hard drives were simply moved into the new PC. It's the exact same SSD holding Windows as the old motherboard, and it booted swimmingly initially.


I am signed into the same Microsoft account, although obtaining the key is practically impossible as I just found the PC in hard rubbish in an isolated spot, and it had Windows activated on it. When I looked for the key in the command prompt, it showed nothing of use.


If it helps, I'm using Windows 10 Pro, or now according to 'My Devices,' "Windows Pro." My error code is 0xC004F211. Unfortunately, I cannot access my older motherboard.

Windows Activation error 0xC004F211

I upgraded my PC by switching the Motherboard, CPU, and RAM. My previous build was connected to my Microsoft account. after attempting to activate windows on my new machine i keep getting error 0xC004F211. I attempted to contact Microsoft support but apparently
they won't be able to help until tomorrow. On my Microsoft account there are two different devices that are named the same one of them is my old build and the other is the new build, however i have the activate windows watermark in the bottom left hand corner.
how can I solve this?

Windows 10 activation Error 0XC004f211

Please help I am tearing my hair out.

After replacing my motherboard, I just put the same hard drive in as it was the same type and brand of motherboard. the PC booted up OK after I changed some settings on the bios.

My copy of windows 10 1903 was activated digitally and registered on my Microsoft account a long time ago. So I never expected to face so many problems reactivating it again.

Following the online agent I got nowhere I have booked several calls with Microsoft in the last 2 days and so far no one called back.

This is the error 0XC004f211 that appears when I tried to activate it.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
