Windows 10: confusion over activation

Hello, I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. I made the ISO and did a fresh install about a week later.
Microsoft activated the Fresh Install without issue. My Hard Drive crashed. I am installing a new hard drive and wish to do a fresh install. Will this activate, or will I have to contact MS?

Syncronization

I have two Nokia Smartphone devices. They are on Sync. The other device is used by my partner and messages cross over each other. That confuses us and create confusions in our day to day of running the business. I want to de-activate that or cancel the
Sync. I have gone to the Settings and tried all the possible leads, but have hit the blank. Will someone please assist?

 

Pop up to activate windows

I am getting a pop up to activate windows. I purchased this notebook on April, 2016 and till last month it was working fine. But then a message stuck on the bottom right side of the screen to activate windows. Why? Is it not genuine or its free subscription
got over. Please help me this matter. Your support page is also so lengthy and confusing.

It's usually not an activation issue unless you replace the motherboard and then you have to call for re-activation (if motherboard replacement is in-kind, that should be OK). Changing the hard drive, I've done on 2 different laptops at home with no activation impact and many others have posted about here at TF as this not being an issue.
