Windows 10: connect Apple Magic Mouse to MacBook

Please help me with advice. I cannot connect an Apple Magic Mouse to my MacBook running Windows 10. I’ve recently installed Windows 10.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

1. Did you use Parallels or Boot camp to install Windows 10?
   
2. Was the mouse working fine on the PC previously?
   
3. Are you able to connect any other mouse device to the PC?
   
4. Is the mouse in discoverable mode?
   
5. Do you have an updated Apple Software installed on the PC?
   
6. How is the Magic Apple mouse connected to the PC?
   

You need to ensure that the Apple specific wireless mouse driver is installed and also you need an additional Bluetooth receiver to be plugged in to the PC so that the magical mouse can be paired and connected.

You can connect all kinds of
Bluetooth devices to your PC including keyboards, mice, phones, speakers, and a whole lot more. To do this, your PC will need to have Bluetooth. Some PCs, such as laptops and tablets, have Bluetooth built in. If your PC
doesn’t, you can plug a USB Bluetooth adapter into the USB port on your PC to get it. To get started with using Bluetooth, you’ll need to pair your Bluetooth device with your PC.
