Windows 10: Connected Voice Only Windows 11

I’m using DOQAUS LIFE 3, when I connect to it, it says connected for 30 seconds or so then it switches to connected voice. I do not see connected voice music and tried every method like updating the drivers, restarting the services and setting them to automatic, and turning my Bluetooth device on and off, to fix this problem but nothing worked. I cannot barely hear those headphones with that. Can you please help me out on how to fix so I can hear them clearly?

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

  Are you referring to voice recorder or Windows speech recognition?
  

I would suggest you to run the run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the Windows Store App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.
