Windows 10: Connecting all my computers

I have Win98SE, Win XP, Win 7, and Win 10 computers on the same network.I need to have full access to them both ways.On one of my Win 10 computers, I can only get access one way. On setting up my second Win 10 computer, I can only get access to the other Win 10 computer even though I believe I have set them up the same.It seems to me that the simplest solution would be to update the older computers to the new networking method or use a system that is common for all. I do not know of any way that exists to do this.Anyway, I need to connect them all.Is there hope? Please advise. Thanks.

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
   
   
   

 

Kick or Ban who is connected with my internet ?

You would have to do that on your Router's setup webpage. 1st step is to turn on WiFi encryption and password. 2nd step, if you feel you need to, is set up an access list of the physical MAC addresses for the network adapters of the computers you want to allow to connect. Any other network adapter not on that MAC filter list won't be able to connect. (but MAC addresses can be easily spoofed, if the third person knows which MAC addresses are allowed).
