    Thanks. You are correct, I took separate screen shots and paste them together. Yes, IPV4 should be selected. Fixed
    NO. Only IPV4 is needed.

    okay Thanks . BTW how did you do those numbers ? in Paint ? I usually use the snipping tool and I don't write well with a Mouse *Smile

    Thanks to everyone who answered. I have figured out another way.
    Go to control panel- Internet options-Connections- LAN settings
    Click - Use a proxy server
    Enter any random ip address in address

    Click - Bypass proxy server for local address

    This allowed me to print on network printer without connecting to internet

    Is there anything I have overlooked in this solution
