Windows 10: Connecting Megaboom Bluetooth Speaker

My PC is not finding the Megaboom. All drivers are up to date, no matter what I do, it can't find it when scanning for devices. Any suggestions?Tks

Bluetooth connect to Megaboom 3

I have been trying to connect to a Megaboom 3 speaker from my desktop PC with windows 10. It will pair up to it but will not connect. Message says, it will not connect make sure device is still discoverable which it is because I just paired to it. It will work to my android phone. I have contacted the service department of megaboom and they had me try various things like resetting the megaboom, pairing to it and rebooting the PC and many other things. None of that has worked. They said they would pass it along to the next support level but I have heard nothing from them since. I have sent numerous emails to the first contact but he will not respond. I am hoping someone here may be able to help me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Open your Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Devices and Printers.

Select Bluetooth Devices.

Click Add a device.

Select MEGABOOM from the list of devices, and then click Next.
