  1. Connecting to the internet causing BSOD/Crashes

I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 on a new PC. As soon as i install the wifi card or connect an ethernet cable and connect to the internet, i get a BSOD with the fault: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA. I have tried pretty much everything to get it up and running reinstalling windows, reinstalling drivers, disk checks, safe boots, etc and ive been onto tech support 3 times to no avail. At the moment i have windows 10 installed and working but i cannot access the internet at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

the calling would crash the whole internet connect

    Hi,

I would like to ask more information regarding the issue to better assist you:

    1. What changes have been made on the computer before this issue start?
    2. When you say crash, does it disconnect the computer from the internet or the whole system crashes?
    3. Does it have an error message?
    4. It is possible that an antivirus or malware-prevention software might prevent you from getting connected so with that, do you have a third-party antivirus or malware protection program installed in the computer?

In the meantime, I suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter to isolate the issue. Here's how:

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    2. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

You can also perform the troubleshooting steps in this article to determine the root cause of the problem.

    Let us know the outcome.

    Regards.
