Connection Issues Win 10 Build 1903 Wi-Fi to LAN

Hello, I hope somebody can help me. I read that lots of problem are coming with the build 1903 for the Broadcom 802.11ac. I'm trying to connect two PC's one, the main with a Realtek PCI LAN connection to the router (TP-Link WR841N) to the secondary PC, Z83II with a Wi-Fi connection using a Broadcom 802.11ac. On both the PC's I'm using my Microsoft account. I'm experiencing the following issue: even if the main pc can read and modify all the datas into the secondary pc, the secondary sees the main pc but cannot access to the shared HDisks due to a problem with the autentication of the account for the connection (Or so it seems)

Can Somebody help me? What should I do? Before you ask for it I followed all the Windows instruction to make an advanced sharing of the HDisks

Thaks a lot for the help

    The TL-WR841N / TL-WR841ND
