Consistent BSOD since Intel Microcode Updates ?

    Hi all,

I've been recently getting random BSOD from using my machine, which I can only attest to recent Windows updates for the new Intel microcode updates to fix their security problems. My machine has run fine for almost 8 years with various upgrades including GPU, ram and CPU(s).

However I've mostly been experiencing issues when playing games or doing things which are graphically intensive. For example if I have a game open on one of my monitors and them open a new tab on chrome I got the BSOD but sometimes it happens randomly.

Please don't respond with cucked dumb ideas like 'update your drivers' or 'install anti-virus'. I want to know exactly what driver is causing my system to break. I've not experienced system failures like this since Windows Vista or ME.

    Regards

    :)

    Intel microcode update

The microcode updates in question are developed by Intel, not Microsoft. Microsoft is just the delivery boy. Don't shoot the messenger. It's Intel that hasn't provided the update that you're looking for.

    I suggest you look
    here
for the latest info on microcode updates.

I also suggest you download InSpectre from GRC

Consistent BSOD since Intel Microcode Updates ?

    Intel microcode update

my pc is out of Support in HP but my windows is still supported and my cpu is still supported so it's microsoft responsibility to deliver intel microcode updates as it delivered microcode updates to other chips.

Right now windows loads an old version of microcode into processor and It's microsoft responsibility to load the new microcode since they made themselves responsible for delivering drivers and every manufacturer says that windows 10 drivers will be delivered
    through windows updates

OR they can at least make a tool for us to update microcode but I'm sure they won't!!
