  1. Consistent crashing and black screens related to HDD (potentially)

Recently I have been having trouble to some extent with either my storage devices or something relevant to them. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, what I do know is that upon trying to run certain programs from my HDD I experienced consistent crashes and extremely slow loading times. After completely resetting both storage devices asides from what seems to be the background images I had which may be just the things linked to my windows profile, the issue has persisted, i tested this by installing a program i had previously (Battle.net, which took upwards of 15 minutes to get stuck at what seems like 99% of the download and became unable to complete the process but not unresponsive) and upon trying to open this folder it will Immediately cause file explorer to become unresponsive and for whatever reason, turns both of my screens black besides any windows i had open before performing this action. I have ran the command line prompt which checks the SMART status of your drives and both returned OK.

My question is: Does anyone know what could be the problem here? Is it a problem with my HDD needing a replacement or is it fixable, any ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    :)
