    Constant blue screen and software issues


    I have a surface book 3 I purchased about a month ago. I worked great for 2 weeks, than I am not sure what happened other than an update but I have near daily blue screens. I thought it was a software issues because it always happened in one particular software, so I removed it and it seemed fine, but now its happening it again.

    On top of it I have strange software issues. The software I removed earlier I was a photo software that was very slow with cataloging and applying any changes to the images. Now I am using graphic layout software and every time I go to place an image, the software crashes. That just started 2 days ago out of the blue.

    Blue screen error is usually stopcode
    system_thread_exception_not_handled
    what failed: nvlddmkm.sys

    We spoke with tech support about a week ago or so ago and re-imaged the laptop. Then did all the updates. I have done all the most recent updates, downloaded surface updates. Any clue what may be the issue?

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    Blue screen errors can occur if a serious problem causes Windows to shut down or restart unexpectedly. This error can be caused by both hardware and software issues. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know if there were any changes made
    prior to the issue.
