Windows 10: Constant blue screen error

I have Asus PC that keeps crashing with blue screen error at start up. I tried to fix the issue and reset the laptop but it crashed again. Then I tried to reinstall Windows using the Windows Media Creation Tool. At first, my laptop started working well but then crashed again. I tried Safe Mode but it doesn’t help. I will highly appreciate any help.

The error message that I see on the screen says “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you. And then, below: Stop code: Video TDR Failure.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
