Constant Bluescreens every day - Bugcheck was: 0x00000124

Hello! To start things off, I've been getting blue screens nearly every night for several months now. They started when I was playing the game "WOLCEN" and could hear my main fan going crazy, so I went to check how hot it was. Tempered glass was so hot that it burnt my hand. Did some checking around in my pc, turned out that the extra fans in my PC were not plugged in from the PC I ordered. Plugged those in, started bluescreening afterward, but I wasn't sure if it was due to the original overheating or from the fans themselves.

Unplugged fans thinking it was those causing it at the time, bluescreens continued nightly. I have gotten a mix of 0x00000124 and 0x000003b errors, but 124 being much more common and 03b occuring 3-4 times in total. The other day, I had 5 BSOD in the timespan of ~2 hours. At the suggestion of a friend, I clean reformated my PC, but it did nothing as I blue screened within two hours of reformatting.

I ran a memtest a month and a half ago and it came back with no errors at all, memory seemed fine. I am currently doing a CPU stress test, but not too sure what I'm looking for here. I was going to try taking out all of my RAM and leave the PC on over night to see if I bluescreen again, but not sure if that will tell me anything either. After reading some other threads here, I grabbed the three most recent minidump logs from yesterday and put them into a zip file that I can upload if/when requested. My hope here is that it's memory related and I just missed something, but I was hoping someone would be able to help me figure out what is the cause of this constant flurry of blue screens. My hardware will be listed down below. Please let me know if any other information is helpful or needed. Having trouble linking files, so I'm not sure if there's a way to do that or if I just copy paste the minidumps here?

  2. System Reboot for Bugcheck 0x00000124

    Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a MSI laptop (GT72VR 6RE), and upgraded Win 10 version from Home to Pro. Performed the upgrade as soon as I fired up the laptop for the first time.

Last couple of weeks, while working on Google Drive (via Chrome) the computer will suddently lock up, and after couple of seconds reboot.

Checking Event Viewer, it shows the following events:
Constant Bluescreens every day - Bugcheck was: 0x00000124 [IMG]

Details for the listed events in sequence:
    • The previous system shutdown at 4:48:27 PM on ‎5/‎09/‎2016 was unexpected.
    • The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
    • Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
    • The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\ENE0110\5&14353508&0.
    • A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Constant Bluescreens every day - Bugcheck was: 0x00000124 [IMG]
    • A corrected hardware error has occurred. (same as above)
    • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe0002c0c2028, 0x00000000be000000, 0x0000000000800400).

It has happened twice so far and that has me bit worried.
Previous one had the following bugcheck error:
    • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800765cd8b8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000a0).

Would really appreciate if someone can point out anything.

It is a brand new laptop (couple of weeks old). And both the times when it crashed, I was using Chrome (google drive, or writing email etc), wasn't playing games. The CPU/GPU isn't overclocked either.

    Thanks in advance.
