Windows 10: Constant BSOD: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Hello,I have recently performed a an upgrade on my PC, detailed below. About 3 minutes after logging in to Windows, I get a BSOD with a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE message. This happens each time I boot the PC, leaving me with very little time to troubleshoot. The only time it did not happen was when I attempted to boot in safe mode.PC specs:Windows 10 ProMotherboard: ASRock x670e pg lightning just upgraded from ASUS Sabertooth2x16GB DDR5-6000 Corsair Vengeance upgraded from 2x8 DDR3 RAM on old motherboardAMD Ryzen 7 7800X 3D upgraded from AMD FX-9370MSI RTX 3080 Corsair H150i liquid cool

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I sometimes randomly encounter BSOD with error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". I may encounter this error several times a day, but sometimes it may not appear in a day. I put here link to several dumps Microsoft OneDrive

I tried:

1. Reinstalling NVIDIA and AMD graphics drivers using DDU
   
2. Reinstalling Windows
   

But problem still persists, please help

System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

BSOD : DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I have a laptop ASUS X550JK, I get the BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, it happens randomly, Before the BSOD occurs, I notice a rise in CPU temperature and the fan makes noise





When I check the dump file, I get this :





What I've tried:

1. I've tried to install Windows 10 with USB and CD/DVD Drive as
   well, but the same issue happened every time.
   
2. I've updated all drivers (using Driver Booster,Driver
   Reviver and DriverPack solution).
   
3. I've changed some Power settings.
   

NOTE: With Linux (Ubuntu 19.04 & Mint), everything works just fine, I've used Linux for 1 week, and I didn't face any issue with it.

Can anyone help me to get resolve this issue, I've spent a lot of time to solve it with no success
