If you haven't read the tutorial proper:

If you see errors, you can stop the test and do a few things
• Return the laptop if there is warranty
• Remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.

If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

And if it doesn't show any errors, will the bsod error stop?

If it doesn't show errors, it indiciates your memory is fine.
This is only a diagnostic test, not a fix for the BSOD.

Ok, so if it doesn't show any errors ill post back here tomorrow then, to fix the bsod?

I've re-read your OP a few times
This means either your installation is corrupted (usually not the case) or hardware damage (more frequently occuring)
If MemTest86+ gives zero errors, you can try following
• test your hard drive via a few ways, also offline,
• clean install Windows 10 all over again
Unfortunately there are no offline (not in Windows) tests for the rest of a system, if all above doesn't help you need to either use your warranty if possible or replace the laptop.

Ok, what are the offline tests for my hard drive?

1 is chkdsk, a pretty basic test. I recommend 1 of the 2 commands below
Code: chkdsk X: /r chkdsk X: /f /r
X: is the partition, change the partition letter to the partition letter of Windows for you, this is standard C but can be changed.
There isn't much difference between the commands, but the 2nd command with /f ensures that possible errors are being fixed although /r includes /f and recovers readable data from the bad sectors, normally not necessary though but better to add it *Smile
The other is SeaTools, this test doesn't work proper for SSD's but I don't know how it acts with SSHD's.

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run following tests
• Short Drive Self Test
• Short generic
• Long generic
If the short generic fails, no need for the long generic.

Note Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

And about the safe mode issue, to be honest I only tried the shift + restart method, I know that there are a couple of other ways to do this. If I am able to boot into safe mode is there something I can do there?

A method I like is to configure safe mode in msconfig, you need an admin command prompt (or command prompt in advanced troubleshooting options) and enter following command
Code: start msconfig
in msconfig go to the boot tab, select safe mode, click apply > ok and reboot.
I'm not sure if this works, but if this works and your laptop doesn't crash in safe mode (at all time) then we can focus on other things instead of the hardware *Smile

Ok sounds good *Smile if memtest comes up positive tomorrow ill try your safe mode option, and get back to you if that works
