    Constant BSODs on new PC

    Hello, I recently bought a new prebuilt PC Specialist Gaming PC from my local Currys PC World about 2 weeks ago. But since I’ve had it I have had loads of Blue Screens of Death. There are some occasions where I can have up to 6 of them in one session. Also, I haven’t had just one error, I’ve had a whole load of them, including;

    CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT This is probably the most common one, but they have all happened too many times
    IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL
    KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I really don’t know what to do. I’ve been researching online and trying all different things including uninstalling software that could cause it, updating all my drivers, uninstalling Windows Updates, using SFC and CHKDSK in cmd which has fixed corrupted files but not fixed the problem, running the memtest, all of them have not done anything to fix this problem.
Another thing, these blue screens happen in waves, I get them all when booting up and then my PC runs fine and I can use it without issues most of the time I might get one randomly whilst using it but only one at that point and then it happens again when I shut the computer down.

These are my PC specs what it said on the Currys website:
PC SPECIALIST Vortex ST-S Gaming PC
    Windows 10 64-bit
    Processor: Intel Core i7-9700
    Octa-core
3.0 GHz/4.7 GHz Is this overclocked?
    12 MB Cache
    RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
    8GB GDDR6
Storage: 2 TB 7200rpm This is a Seagate HDD, not specified in the specs but I can see it in my PC
256GB SSD I don’t know what brand or anything it is, not specified
    WiFi: 802.11n, 2x2, up the 300 Mbps
    USB: 3.0 x 4, 2.0 x 2
Audio Software: Realtek ALC887 8-channel HD audio
    No disc drive
    No Memory card reader
I have AVG Anti Virus Free installed as a security software. I’ve never had an issue with it before, and neither has anyone else i know that has used it.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I don’t really know a lot about PCs so any help would be appreciated! I just don’t want my new PC to break on me, as I bought it because my old one broke on me. I am willing to reset my PC if that’s what it comes to. I know nothing about Safe Mode or the BIOS.

KernelBase.dll is broken constant BSOD's constant game crashing.

    Hi Darry,

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
    • Select Family & other people.
    • Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
    • Name the user as Test.
    • Leave the password field blank.
    • Hit Next.
    • Sign in as Test user.

You may also check this link

PC reboots (no BSOD) on CPU stress

    Hi fellow TPU members,

not too long ago, the box my gf's PC was transported in gave way on the stairs. Yes, you got it right, that sent a PC tumbling down a flight of steps alright.

Stuff broke. Also, stuff remained intact somehow.

I bought her a new case, new CPU cooler and we removed the floppy drive, so far so good. But the PC started crashing for no apparent reason, without a BSOD.

    I tested:
    • Memtest86+, left overnight, 0 errors
    • Scanned the HDD for errors, nothing there
    • Left FurMark burning up the GFX card and drawing some power, no problems there
    • Ran Ubuntu from a Live CD doing nothing special, didn't crash
    • Ran OCCT, Linpack, Prime95, all 3 caused reboots within minutes
    • Oh, and I disabled "Restart on error" so I'm sure it's not a BSOD.
Now, I can still try and test something CPU intensive on Ubuntu, but my guess is the CPU didn't survive.
Before I do anything drastic like whippin' out the magic wallet and get her a new AMD quad, is there anything I didn't see?
I'm guessing the motherboard could be borkered as well, but can I check that other than replacing the CPU with a working one?
Any suggestions on which proggies I can use from an Ubuntu Live CD to stress the CPU?

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
