Windows 10: Constant BSODs; Persisting after fresh windows install

My computer keeps getting bluescreens for with a multitude of error codes. The most common being IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and always from either ntoskrnl.exe or ntfs.sys.

I have tried formating the drive and doing a fresh install of windows. I have also tried unplugging all devices.

Constant BSODs on fresh Windows 10 install, I have also done SFC, DISM, CHKDSK, and Windows Mem Diagnostics.

• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
