Windows 10: Constant crashing of computer

Hi,

my laptop has been having problems regarding memory as well as word documents, which resulted in my laptop randomly crashing.


*My laptop is running office 2019*


The sequence of events that occur during the crash is, the google page that I am on will immediately turn blank white with a messgae stating that the website crashed due to ‘lack of memory’. However, I can assure that the problems have nothing to do with my memory as less than a third of my memory is used up.


Subsequntely, the word documents that I have open will immediately crash and a black rectangular box will appear on the screen.


On other occassions, my computer will flicker black and white and then freeze and unfreeze. To which I nothing can be done, but to force shutdown my laptop.


This problem also stops me from opening word document files and specifically word documents, other microsoft applications work perfectly fine. A message pops up stating that there is a problem with ‘permission’ and ‘lack of memory’, however it is a school document so the issue of permission is negated.


Just to add to the issue, the prompts stating ‘The exception unknown software exception 0x000008” and ‘The exception unknown software exception 0xc06d007e pop up interchangeably.




Things I have tried to solve the problem:

- Run all types of scan using the windows security, to no avail

- I have searched up how to solve the 0x0000008 in microsft community. To which I cleared the RAM memory and checked my Hardisk chkdsk

- I have also tried to update my microsoft office and windows. However I am already on the latest version.

- Tried word on safe mode

- Disable all-ins

- Performed a clean reboot

I have done all the methods that were reccomended in the community. However, noone of them have worked and this problem has been inconveniencing me a lot. I have multiple word documents and reports to type out, but they always unexpectedly crash. Twice occured during timed tests.

Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
