Windows 10: Constant sttutering.

I recently got a Dell XPS 9570 with an i5 8300 and an nvidia GTX 1050 4gb gpu.It ran all the games like GTA V,NBA 2k15 smoothly without any issues on 1080p with high settings.But then after a Windows 10 update,the games do not run smoothly.They lag and stuter constantly.THere are constant frame dops and even low demanding games are unplayable.Please help me.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
