Windows 10: Constantly getting "This build of Windows will expire soon" notifications.

Hey guys! Recently, I've been getting fullscreen notifications about my build of Windows expiring.


My winver is this:




I'm in the Windows Insider Program and I'm currently on a Dev Channel build, but due to the advice of a Windows Support member, I've changed it to Release Preview Channel, still waiting for a RPC build.


Any ideas how to fix this?

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Are you referring to the notification that you are getting Windows will expire soon?
• Since from when are you getting this message and did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Is your Windows 10 activated?

I also suggest you to provide us the screenshot of the issue you are facing
in order to understand the issue better.

You are on an older build.

Go here and get the iso for build 16193 (Insider) or

15063 (non Insider).

I recently replaced my Motherboard and afterward I started getting the error:

This build of Windows will expire soon

Your build of Windows will expire on 5/15/2017. If it expires, your PC will restart every few hours. Go online for more information.

I click more information and it doesn't give me anything helpful.

Activation Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account.

I have run Windows Update several times but this error will not go away. I don't feel like having my computer constantly restarting on me so if anyone has any words of wisdom I'd be most appreciative.
