Odd. It still only affects the SubscribedContent-338389Enabled DWORD for me.

SubscribedContent-338393Enabled is for "Show me suggested content in the Settings app" below instead.

I don't know what SubscribedContent-353694Enabled is for yet. It's not in my registry.

Whenever I activate my lock screen manually, it works, but after going back to the desktop, it no longer functions.

    Hi Al,

First, make sure that you are connected. Windows Spotlight captures images from the
Bing search engine. The pictures may not change if you're offline.

If you're online and the pictures are not changing, we suggest that you restart
Windows Spotlight. Here are the steps:

    • Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
    • Press the Lock Screen tab
    • Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to either
      Picture or Slideshow.
    • Log off and Log in.
    • Go back to Lock Screen and select Windows Spotlight again.

If the issue remains, follow the steps below to reset Windows Spotlight:

    • Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
    • Press the Lock Screen tab
    • Under Background, select Windows Spotlight.
    • Right-click on the Start menu, select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    • Enter the command below and press Enter to reset Windows Spotlight:
    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *ContentDeliveryManager* | foreach {Add-AppxPackage “$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode -register }

    6. Restart your PC.

    Regards.
