Windows 10: continual beeps when enter sleep mode

Hello:

When computer enters sleep mode there are continual periodic beeps of about several minutes interval.

Nothing in Settings / System / Power & sleep seems to address this issue.

Nothing that I found in BIOS settings offers any help.

Is there a way to stop the beeps except turning sound off?

In line with this, can you follow these steps on how to turn off the system beep sounds in Windows 10 and observe if the issue persists? Here are the steps:

• Right-click the Start icon, then select Control Panel.
  
• Choose the Large icons option from the View by drop down list found on the upper-right part of the Control Panel window.
  
• Locate and choose Sound.
  
• Go to the Sounds tab when the Sound wizard pops out.
  
• Locate and click Default Beep.
  
• Choose None from the Sounds drop-down list.
  
• Click Apply, then OK.

Nettop beeping in sleep mode

• What is the make and model of your PC?
  
• Is your Windows 10 updated?
  
• Are your drivers up-to-date? If not yet, you can follow the steps found on this
  link on how to update your drivers in Windows 10.
  
• Is your Windows 10 pre-installed? If not, what is the Windows OS before it was upgraded to Windows 10?
  
• Do you have administrator rights on your PC?
