  1. Control+D, R & P

Since the recent update, around 2 weeks ago, CTL+D, CTL+R & CTL+P dont work anymore, in Photoshop and Excel and others. I have tried this on my PC and Laptop, same result. My Lenovo Tab which didnt get updated at that stage works fine with these keys. I swapped my keyboard for another - same result, those three keys still dont work. Activehotkeys reports that those 3 keys are 'Active' ... but no idea how.. In Pnotoshop I can change the function of CTL+D, delete marquee selection, to CTL+ALT+D, and it works fine. I then can not change it back to CTL+D... I have re-booted and tested as much as I can.. It definately appears Windows 10 related...

  2. I downloaded an image from email but I can't get it to print with control P.

    Hi Carl,

We are sorry for the delay in response.

    • What exactly happens when you press Ctrl + P from image?
I suggest you to run built in troubleshooter and check if it helps.

The built-in Printer Troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues while printing. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue
with the sound. Refer top these steps:

    • Press Windows and x key together and select Control Panel.
    • Click on Troubleshooting and select the
      view all
      option on the left pane.
    • Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
Hope this helps. Please do let us know if you need any further assistance.
