Windows 10: convert pdf files to jpeg

Discus and support convert pdf files to jpeg in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Does anyone know how to convert PDF files to JPEG in Windows 10?     Does anyone know how to convert PDF files to JPEG in Windows 10? I received some pictures of a great niece that I would like to open in my photo editor so that I can print them but they came in PDF form and my photo editor will not accept PDF files. I am using Windows 10, Version 20H2 and Microsoft Edge. Thanks.

    Converting to PDF?

    My contracting business often gets ".pln" files which are basically plan files. Currently I use a program called NitroPDF to convert them all to PDF. The quality of the converted PDF is fairly poor. Could anyone recommend another program to convert to PDF? Adobe Acrobat doesn't do it sadly.

    Converting PDF to AutoCAD DWG

    I have two programs at my disposal that I've been using to convert PDFs into DWG files and things have been working nicely, PDF to DWG Convert and Print2Cad. I had 2 PDFs today that were not converting for some reason. These PDFs were smaller in file size, but still pretty clear so I'm not sure what the problem might be. If anyone would like to toy around with one I uploaded the PDF.

    Converting PDFs to DWGs saves me worlds of time considering I'm not very good with AutoCAD. If I can't convert this file, I have to go into the stock DWG file we have here and manually make the changes from the PDF. If anyone could help me I would be hugely appreciative.

    As for the actual problem, when I select the PDF to convert, it's convert them and creating a tiny 18KB DWG file with nothing in it. I'm not sure of the reason why, and how and if I can fix it.

    want to suggest another opensource solution: imagemagick -> Convert, Edit, Or Compose Bitmap Images @ ImageMagick
    Installing imagemagic will allow you to use your command line to convert pdf. For example: Code:
