Windows 10: Copilot in Windows Explorer

A really nice feature would be to use Copilot in the normal Windows Explorer. So we do not only use OneDrive or Teams for our files. We also use local servers/ fileshares.To use that files in Copilot we always have to upload them to copilot. A second reason why Copilot in windows Explorer would be nice is that the most users do not open OneDrive or Teams Folders in the web. They open the synced folders from the Teams Groups or OneDrive in Windows Explorer.Does someone know if such a feature should come? What do you think of this ideas?**** moved from german to english Community ****

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
