Windows 10: copy and paste windows mail

I need help, i r'un a home base business. can't copy and paste from one email to another. upgraded to newest versions of windows 10. everytime i try to copy and paste in my windows mail, it crashes to another page

To help you with your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to clear the clipboard in Windows 10:

• On the search box, kindly type or copy and paste, cmd.exe /c cd 2>"%UserProfile%\empty.txt" & clip < "%UserProfile%\empty.txt".
• Click on cmd.exe /c cd 2>"%UserProfile%\empty.txt" & clip < "%UserProfile%\empty.txt"
  (Run command).
• Try to use the copy and paste function again.

If the issue still persists, we suggest that you repair or reset the Mail app. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open Settings, and select Apps.
  
• On the Apps & features tab, find the name of the missing app. Click the app and select
  Advanced options (if available).
• If a Repair option is available, click Repair. If this option is not available, or if Repair does not resolve the issue, you may also try the
  Reset option, though you might lose any app data that was saved.

how do I copy and paste

Can't copy and paste in yahoo mail-it just repeats the previous copy and paste that I di

I started to go through the steps you suggested but when you asked if it was if it was only

on yahoo mail. From several different "tests" I found that I could copy or paste from one word

document to another but it seemed to be with the yahoo mail app. So I deleted that and

switched to the mail app that was on my Windows 10 and used my yahoo mail program

on there. I seemed to have no problem. So I think that is the answer (I hope), Thanks
