  1. Copy music tracks and burn onto a blank disc.

I've copied music tracks (Ript) onto hard drive and I am trying to burn tracks onto a blank disc.

I've dragged a track to right of screen (drag track here to create a list) but having put curser on the track - held down with left of mouse and dragged to the indicated place, the dragged track does not stay there. Where am I going wrong?

    :)

  2. Burning photos to a CD Disc

    Hi Jimmy,

We suggest that you use Windows Media Player to burn the images. Please follow the steps below:

    • Open Windows Media Player.
    • In the Player Library > Burn tab > select
      Burn options
      .
    • Choose Audio CD or Data CD or DVD.
    • Insert a blank disc into your CD or DVD burner. (Select the drive you want to use if your PC has more than one CD or DVD drive)
    • Search for the items in your Player Library that you want to burn to the disc, and then drag them to the list pane (on the right side of the Player Library) to create a burn list.
    • When you're finished with the list, select Start burn.
Note: If necessary, click the Clear list button to remove all items from the previous burn list.

Let us know how it goes.

Issues burning music to a disc

Hello Microsoft community! I have an issue that is very annoying when it comes to burning music onto a CD.

I insert a blank CD into the CD/DVD drive on my laptop, and there is a message that pops up asking me what I want to do with blank CD's. I click the "Burn CD with Media Player" option and then Media player opens up. I then select the music that I want to
burn and set it off burning. When the CD has "Burned" it auto ejects and I take the disc out, and just by looking at it I can tell that there is nothing on the CD. Then I re-insert it into my laptop and it comes up as if it was a brand new blank disc again,
and under "This PC" it says there is 702MB free of 702MB. It has done this with multiple different CD's, and I have even tried different music and it is always the same outcome.

If any of you windows Gurus have any idea what this may be then please let me know.

I am using a Toshiba Satellite C855 running Windows 10

    Thanks in advance!
