  1. Copying data from PC to UHS chip

I have a new Windows 10. I barely understood how to survive on Windows 7. Now I am utterly confused. I need to give a talk next week with an accompaniment of many power point slides. On Windows 7 I figured out how to transfer them to a UHS chip. Now when I hit the "burn" button on Windows 10, my only option is to a CD or DVD. I don't want to use them. How can I get data on a UHS chip? Or can't I?

    Many thanks,

    Theodore Kenneth

ps: I am in my upper 80s and a confirmed Luddite so please be helpful but easy on me.

  3. Uploading data from android to pc

    Hi AlaynaHarstine,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

    • Have you tried to connect the Android device to PC using an USB cable?

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps:

    • Connect the Android device to the PC using a micro USB cable.
    • You can see an ‘AutoPlay popup’ on your PC once your phone is successfully connected and recognized by the computer. Click on the ‘Open folder to view files’ option.
    • Copy and paste the files or folders that you want to recover from your phone's internal memory to your PC.
    • When the steps are done, you can successfully recover and transfer your data from Android phone with broken screen to your PC.

Alternatively, if you have the data saved on an external SD card, then you can plug in the card to the PC to transfer the data. You may need an adaptor to read the SD card on the PC.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you got the help you needed by clicking ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

  4. Copying data from PC to UHS chip

    PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??
