Windows 10: Copying one image to another file is extremely slow/doesn't go at all

I was trying to copy a picture to another file, and it says "Copying 1 item to <folder> to <folder>", and it didn't go at ALL, and it was at 0%, and NEVER went. someone please help me!! D:

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one
