Windows 10: Copying video files in INETCache folder

When, i open video file from the phone connected to the pc then, It start copying the same file to the INETCache folder.

so, every time i open the video file, it does the same thing and because of that memory in the INETCache folder keep increasing .

so,what to do for preventing this problem.

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

I plugged my phone and played some videos, and they were copied in a folder with a random name in this directory:

C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\%FolderName%

Are they being shared online? What is this?
