Windows 10: Core Isolation Memory Integrity fails to enable because of incompatible driver Xilinx

I tried to enable the Core Isolation -> Memory Integrity feature in Windows Defender today, but it failed. It showed this under "Incompatible drivers".

I have already uninstalled Xilinx software.

Windows didn't let me delete that file, saying it is owned by system.

I finally managed to resolve the issue by following solution from

I do have a Western Digital EasyStore portable drive. But device manager is not showing any driver update for it. I also ran an update check via Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update. Neither showed any pending update.

I also went to the WD support website but that doesn't have any driver at all. I had a chat with WD support rep and they have no idea what this driver is.

How do I resolve this?

 

Memory Integrity: Core Isolation Error

I tried to Switch on Memory Integrity in Core Isolation in Windows Security Defender. After it does a scan for incompatible drivers, it throws an error saying Resolve any driver incompatibilities and scan again. So when I review incompatible driver it shows
a usb2ser.sys (MediaTek Inc.) which is incompatible and says to resolve problems with incompatible Drivers. So how to resolve this error? Thanks
