Windows 10: Corrupt registry and BCD problems.

This morning, i went to work on a program i am building and i found that my enviroment path had been deleted again. (This **** has happened more times then i can count). The last time it happened i setup a task to back up my entire registry every saturday.


I went into recovery and took the registry backups out of the c:\windows\system32\config\regback folder and replaced my main ones without making backups. (I am aware that this was stupid). Turns out the files were corrupt and it cause my computer to go into a recovery loop where the computer would run auto recovery and fail every time it started.


I have a dual boot with arch linux on this computer and diskpart was showing me some weird stuff so i assumed that the bcd was broken or corrupted as well and i tried to rebuild it.


Now my computer will not even let me into recovery anymore. I can see all of the files and i even removed the arch partition to see if that might help but no dice. Computer boots and tells me that the bcd is invalid or missing and then when it reboots it tells me that the registry is corrupt.


I know i could fix this problem if i could get administrative permissions in the recovery command prompt but because i have to use a usb device, i do not have full permissions to run higher commands on my c drive. Right now i am running chkdsk c: /r /x but i am not very confident that this will fix the problem. Also because i cant get into recovery i cant do a refresh install.


Could someone point me in the right direction? A full reinstall is my last resort because i have critical files on this machine.

Error code 0xc000000f, BCD corrupted

As per the description, I suggest that you follow the steps below to fix BCD

1. Right click on the Start Menu and select Command Prompt (Admin)

2. Here type/paste the commands listed below

Bootrec /fixMBR

Bootrec /fixBoot

Bootrec /RebuildBcd

3. Once done restart the PC and check.

corrupted registry and problems with ati control pannel installation

done..thank you very mutch..i downloaded .NetFramework from ati softmodded driver installation link, but that link was for a wrong version of program..i downloaded the correct version from official ati web site..now installetion work well..it is ok..but thers is the problem of the messeges of corrupted registry *Confused
