Windows 10: corrupt wifi driver

I'm facing this problem since october 2018 when my wifi driver was automatically updated nd then it was not installed successfully.

Since then i'm using internet with the help of lan.

I've applied many methods to resolve this like tried the option of uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, updating the driver, troubleshooting driver and even talked to windows help and my manufacturer's call centre(dell) .

But none of the above options resolved my problem.

My device model is dell vostro 5568.

My corrupted wifi driver version and name is Intel dual band wireless ac-3165 version: 19.51.12.3.

Please help me in this as i'm not able to use wifi.

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

• Have you installed any drivers for the WiFi card?

Try updating the drivers and check if the issue persists.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to update the Wifi drivers.

• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard.
• Select the device manager.
• Right-click your Wireless/Wi-Fi devices.
• Click Update Driver Software and then follow the steps in the wizard that appears.
• Restart the machine and check if the issue persists.
