Windows 10: Corrupted Flash drive

Discus and support Corrupted Flash drive in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; i have an older flash pen drive (32gb) and i think it may be corrupted it will only format exFAT and when i pop in a file it comes back as unusable...     Corrupted Flash drive


    i have an older flash pen drive (32gb) and i think it may be corrupted
    it will only format exFAT and when i pop in a file it comes back as unusable
    so if anyone can inform me no how to hack it back to normality

    it would be appreciated

    also when i try to format it to ntfs is fails

    More likely it's because of the flash drive getting corrupted. Flash drives can be corrupted in different ways. Using a flash drive over and over again loses its ability to retain data slowly, the same way that a rechargeable battery loses its charge after
    several hundred cycles. One of the most frequent reasons for having a corrupted drive is removing the media from the computer or other device incorrectly, doing so causes logical file system damage.

    SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE/DEVICE Win10

    It wont affect the computer but it can corrupt any data on the flash drive or render the flash drive useless. Users should always eject the drive before removing the device.
