Windows 10: Corrupted Game

I was moving Forza Horizon 5, from an external hard drive back to my internal so it would run better as I was going to play with a friend. but during that my laptop froze and crashed, a completely different issue. I now have files that are on my laptop that I cannot access to delete. I have even tried BitDefenders disk cleanup tool but nothing seems to work to delete it. Even if it worked to reinstall back in the Microsoft store. I couldn't even do that, because I don't have enough disk space to download it, and the biggest application I have on my local disk is Spotify. Which is 8GB.

Are you able to follow them?
